If you want to report a problem with the mains supply, or discover a water leak and need help to locate or repair it, call us on 01753 272 130 for England and Wales or 0141 228 6090 for Scotland.
If there’s a burst pipe in the road outside your premises, call your regional water company direct. If you have any problems, let us know and we’ll call them on your behalf.
From time to time the mains water supply may need to be turned off for repair or maintenance work. We know how frustrating this can be, so we’ll keep you updated on progress.
If your water is off-colour it’s probably still safe to use. But if you’re worried, call us on 01753 272 130 for England and Wales or 0141 228 6090

If you notice a strong new smell or taste to your water, call your regional water
company immediately.
